Our first branch at Ghazala Bay, North Coast
Lavender was established in 2016 with the launch of our first branch at Ghazala Bay, North Coast. Initially conceived as a beach lounge and restaurant, Lavender quickly gained a stellar reputation for offering not just exquisite cuisine, but also a serene and unique experience.
Mountain View, New Cairo
Our commitment to creating memorable moments for our clients fueled our growth, leading us to expand to Cairo with a second branch at Mountain View, New Cairo in 2022. At Lavender, we believe that dining is more than just a meal—it’s a journey. Our concept is rooted in choosing locations that offer picturesque and quiet views, allowing our clients to unwind and enjoy a distinctive ambiance. We are proud to have grown from a single beach lounge to a brand synonymous with relaxation and culinary excellence.
B-South, El Zamalek
After two years of success with our Lavender Mountain View branch in New Cairo, Lavender proudly launched its newest and second branch in Cairo on December 23, 2024. It is located in a very unique spot directly on the Nile, at b-south El Zamalek.
Shimmers, Sahl Hasheesh
In addition to our Lavender locations, we also founded Shimmers in 2019, a beach lounge and restaurant located in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada. As we continue to grow, we are excited about the future, with plans to expand Shimmers into Cairo’s malls and street strips and to take the Lavender experience around the globe.
